Start with the right support path
Trellilume is self-hosted, so the fastest route depends on whether the problem is in the app, the selected server, or the public beta program.
Quick help
Contact the beta publisher
Email [email protected] for app defects, store-beta access, documentation problems, or responsible security reports. Include the app version, device platform, and a description of what happened. Remove passwords, access tokens, private keys, recovery codes, private server addresses, personal photos, and other sensitive data before sending.
Trellilume is maintained by a small independent publisher. We review beta support requests as capacity allows and do not promise emergency or round-the-clock response.
Contact your server operator when
- the server is offline, out of storage, misconfigured, or needs restoration;
- you cannot sign in and need account or administrator help;
- you need access to server logs, backups, email delivery, or deployment settings;
- you need the operator to fulfill a data access, export, or deletion request; or
- the issue involves media or accounts on an independently hosted server.
The publisher cannot remotely access, repair, or delete data from independently operated Trellilume servers.
Before contacting support
- Confirm the device has internet access.
- Open the Server selector and test the exact trusted HTTPS server address.
- Record the app version and platform without including account credentials.
- Try the same action once more only if it cannot duplicate or destroy data.
- Ask the server operator whether maintenance, storage, or an update is pending.
